At a Glance
JMKS aims to create a friendly and organized society where people are treated fairly, and there is no exploitation, wrongdoing, or hunger (both physical and spiritual). It envisions a place where everyone, regardless of their education level or background, can live with dignity, freedom, and equal rights. The goal is to ensure that people have good health and live in harmony, peace, and happiness, irrespective of their gender, caste, creed, or religion.
We collaborate closely with communities and individuals, focusing particularly on women and the most disadvantaged members of society. Our goal is to raise awareness among people about the social, economic, political, and cultural aspects of their lives. We aim to help them recognize the importance of dignity and rights for every individual. Through nonviolent and beneficial initiatives, we work towards their holistic development and empowerment.

At Jagorani Mohila Kallyan Sangstha, we firmly believe in the power and potential of women. That’s why our executive body is composed entirely of dedicated and inspiring women who are passionate about driving positive change in society. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face, our all-female executive team is committed to empowering women and promoting their active participation in all aspects of life.
Led by visionary women leaders, our executive body ensures that our organization’s initiatives and programs are tailored to address the specific needs and aspirations of women. Through our various projects, including microcredit programs, skill training, and other empowering tools, we strive to uplift women, enhance their capabilities, and create opportunities for their personal and professional growth.
By having women at the helm, we embody the values of gender equality, inclusivity, and women’s empowerment in every decision we make. Our executive body serves as role models, inspiring women across society to pursue their dreams, overcome barriers, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
